Visit our Fee Structure web page and select then click on the appropriate fee. After you submit payment, you will have a maximum of 30 days to complete the STEP Self-Assessment questionnaire.

Complete the Self-Assessment questionnaire.

Applicants who only wish to receive 1 to 2 stars and the corresponding "Self-Assessment Completed" eco-label need only provide all of the required criteria. For all of the required criteria, you must submit written evidence or documentation to support how your company is meeting these criteria. Be sure to label all required information you submit, clearly indicating which criteria it applies to; failing to do so, may result in a delay in processing and or a surcharge of US$150 an hour.

Applicants who wish to receive a higher level of Eco-certification are encouraged to fully complete the Self-Assessment questionnaire to determine if they're ready for an on-site audit. Consider each question, assess whether your operations comply with the requirements of each question, and then enter the appropriate numerical value in the appropriate answer box. Please note that partial credit is not awarded for individual criteria unless specified.

Also, note that applicant's may answer Not Applicable (N/A) for any criteria that do not apply to your business. Applicants who answer N/A must justify why criteria are non-applicable and will receive a final rating percentage score based only on the applicable items.

	Reference Form
	STEP Feedback Form

Send the completed Self-Assessment questionnaire (if applicable) and the signed forms detailed under number 4, as well as written evidence or documentation to support how your company is meeting all required STEP criteria via email or postal delivery to NSF-International Strategic Registrations c/o S. Petie Davis, 789 N. Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 USA.
