How to Order

Finding Goods
To find goods in our online shop, please click on the name of the item in which you have an interest. When you have found the goods you like, enter the number required in the adjacent input box, then click the 'add to basket' button. A tally will be displayed as soon as you have at least one product in your basket. When you are ready to pay for your goods, click the 'view basket' hyperlink on the tally.

Shopper Reference Field
If you wish you can use the 'shopper reference field' at the checkout to help identify your order, an example of this would be the use of purchase order references. This reference is then shown in email correspondence.

Shipping Charges
Shipping will be added to your order when you go to the checkout. Please see our terms and conditions for shipping charges. Our minimum shipping charge is $7.00 and our maximum is $40.00.

Paying for Goods
Brighter Futures uses Authorize.net for its credit and debit card transactions. This is a fully secure system. In addition, currently, we only take orders and payments online. Displayed below are the credit and debit cards which we accept.

Bespoke Goods
Many of the goods produced by Brighter Futures can be modified to suit your personal taste. If you see something you like which you might prefer in a different size or colour for example, then please contact us and we will give you a price. We also offer a bespoke service for wood carvings.
